3 Food Trucks | 2019 Rally in the Alley | Las Vegas Bike Week

In the early years of Hogs & Heifers Saloon Las Vegas, we were always a fan of throwin’ barbecues during our larger events. Without naming names, when our new neighbors opened up, it was frowned upon if we offered our patrons grub. It competed with their hotel food options, which to this day, are still very few.

Since we have a new location for this year’s Rally in the Alley, and a new friendly neighbor in the Mob Museum, we’re “allowed” to offer up food options for the first time ever during Rally in the Alley! Below are the three food trucks that are joining us for this year’s motorcycle event!

Crock & Roll

Crock & Roll is a food trailer rollin’ up and down the streets of Las Vegas serving up crockpot inspired entrees… Whatttt? Crockpot from a food truck? Can’t wait to try some of this!

Black Tiger BBQ

A review from Yelp… “The food from Black Tiger is amazing! I used this company to cater a reunion. It was so easy to select a menu and arrange everything long distance. Prices were super reasonable, portions were huge, they were on time, and food was hot and delicious. I recommend the blueberry chipotle BBQ sauce on the pulled pork. Best sauce I’ve ever had (and I live in the south)!”

King’s Sausage

Over 25 years of experience and passion in the food industry.King’s Sausage is a food truck with a passion from fresh and delicious meals!

We bake our authentic pierogis with a secret recipes, using quality ingredients with no preservatives and additives!

We offer different varieties, with various fillings and we also make our own sausages from scratch, ensuring quality and taste at every step!
