The Court has decided in our favor on all of the Downtown Grand’s claims against us. The Court has also ruled that the Downtown Grand had no basis to terminate our lease and evict us and that we have not violated the lease as the Downtown Grand claimed in their filings. We are thrilled that the Court has recognized that the Downtown Grand improperly attempted to terminate our lease and ruled that we can stay in our space on Downtown 3rd.
