I have read and accept the Vendor Rules and Regulations as part of the above completed agreement. Furthermore, I release Hogs & Heifers/Rally in the Alley, City of Las Vegas and The Downtown Grand from all liability or claim.

Vendors will be set up on Ogden Avenue and 3rd Street.

Vendor Hours

Thursday, October 11, 2018 – 3pm – 12am

Friday, October 12, 2018 – Noon – 12am

Saturday, October 13, 2018 – 11am – 12am

Sunday, October 14, 2018 – 11am – 4pm

Install companies may open as early as 9am for scheduled installs.

Vendor Set-Up Hours

Wednesday, October 10, 2018 – Noon – 6pm (Times will be assigned.)

Thursday, October 11, 2018 – 9am – 2pm (Times will be assigned.)

Tear Down Hours

Sunday, October 14, 2018 – 4pm (Times will be assigned.)

Important: During move-in, all vendors must pull in as directed, unload all items and move
vehicle immediately. This will alleviate any congestion. All vendors will have approximately
30 minutes to unload and move vehicle.

During the event, all aisles must be kept clear to remain in compliance with all fire safety codes. Trailer awnings, merchandise racks, signage or vendor employee cannot obstruct the walkway nor hamper your neighbor in any way.

Tent and Furniture

Rental deadline is September 22nd.

Electrical – Basic Electrical will be provided. Please note on your vendor application if you need a larger electrical set-up.

Water Barrels – Water barrels will be installed to secure all vendor space.

Liability Insurance – As a standard requirement for all of our show exhibitors, it is necessary for you to carry
general liability coverage from an insurance company in good standing with minimum policy limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

• The Downtown Grand Hotel & Casino

• The City of Las Vegas – Certificates must be submitted to Hogs & Heifers on or before September 22, 2017.
Certificates can be emailed to pennyfxr@yahoo.com.

If you are in need of an insurance carrier, we will provide you with information on the company we are referring to our vendors. The cost is $84.00 per vendor and will be active from October 10, 2018 to October 14, 2018.

Security

Hogs & Heifers will provide security personnel 24 hours on Ogden and 3rd Streets. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Penny Osiecki and Hogs & Heifers security will be on premises to address any security concerns.

Parking

We will be providing vendor and motorcycle parking just behind the MOB Museum. Please see attached map for parking instructions.

Hotels

The Downtown Grand is located directly across the street from Hogs & Heifers at 206 N 3rd St, Las Vegas, NV 89101 – 702-953-4343 – www.downtowngrand.com There are multiple hotels located in the downtown area.

Alcohol on Ogden Avenue and 3rd Street

Outside alcohol from other Special Events is strictly prohibited. Vendors cannot bring theirown alcohol for personal, or public consumption. Alcohol can only be provided by event retailers. Please do not take any alcohol into the Las Vegas BikeFest 3rd Street Promenade event. This is also strictly prohibited. Plastic cups are allowed for patrons/vendors to pour alcohol into when leaving Hogs & Heifers, hotels and casinos.

Wristbands

When purchasing drinks, please show your bartender your vendor wristband and you will receive the Hogs & Heifers Happy Hour pricing for your drinks throughout the weekend. We would ask that all vendors use this for their drinks only.

Ice

One 10lb bag of ice will be delivered to each vendor at 12:30pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. One case of water will be available to all vendors at the beginning of the show on Thursday.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be put in writing and sent to penny@hogsandheifers.com no later than September 14, 2018. A 50% reimbursement will be honored upon cancellation.
