Hogs & Heifers has been around since 1992 with its roots in the gritty Gansevoort Meat Market in NYC before it became the star studded trendy neighborhood that it is today. Opening in Downtown Las Vegas in 2005, Hogs & Heifers was again ahead of the curve of hipsters and glitz, choosing Downtown for its grit and genuine edginess. A true outpost to wayward travelers and rebellious souls, Hogs & Heifers Saloon is a legend in its own right.
