If a fight between two dive bars was decided by measuring the per shot consumption of patrons and employees at each place, Hogs & Heifers Saloon would be a champion.  Seriously.  I’m not sure how we can measure this, does anyone out there know enough about statistics to figure this out?  Our in-house photographer alone consumes more Jager in a week than most do in a lifetime, and he’s only the fuckin’ photo guy.  With that being said, let’s welcome UFC International Fight Week to Vegas!
